The Problem with Living in your Head

The problem with living in your head is that you physically exist in the world and nothing is actually getting done in it. While you are getting your daily dose of dopamine by daydreaming what you want to do instead of doing it. It is very hard to accept that by overthinking an action you are not actually doing it and once you waked up, you’re depressed because nothing was done. Before you tell me about myself, admit it. You’d be greater than you are now if you’ve don’t half of the things you know you should do!

I’m preaching to the choir honey! Writing this blog is one of them. Let me be so very honest with you right now. Everyday for years I’ve written you in my head. Who are you? My tribe! Wanting to share all that I’ve learned and admittedly fulfill my adhd of consuming info and spreading it to everyone. Those who hear me hear me. You have to take the action even if it’s not perfect.

It sincerely injured my feelings that the content that I’ve written in the past few months in my head are not here. So today I said bump it. I’m going to write and encourage my dreamers! Be doers of what you said you were doing to do! Reread this blog from the beginning and count how many times I’ve used the words “do” , “doing”. It’s that important. Take the moment to stop and focus! Let go of everything else and go where you know you should.

Perfection is not required, movement is. Why not now? Why not you? No reason, grab life by the reigns, hold on tight and giddy up. Why have we given up on ourselves as if we are not worth the extra effort to be, to exist happily, to make what is in your head match the reality! That’s the ultimate flex! Get up! Do it! In the words of a great woman, do what you are resisting the most. Go against your self to go with the better version of you that is waiting to burst free.

Join the newsletter for awesome things. You never have to worry about spam, that would just be an additional project that overwhelms me and probably won’t ever get done. I will send out notices for things I can hyperfocus on. Enjoyable actions, like giving away prizes. See you there.
